Flow Billing Policies:
Investigators will be billed for entire time booked and any extra time used if available.
Cancellations: Must be made 24 hr in advance
Less than 24 hr – charge ½ of reserved time unless time is taken by another user. (Subject to discretion of flow facility staff for unavoidable cancellations.)
Cancellations (LSRII): Must be made 48hrs in advance
No-shows: Billed for entire time booked.
Billing done by ¼ hr with minimum charges:
ImageStream 1 hr
Calibur/Accuri 30 min (includes clean)
LSRII 30 min (includes clean)
Sort 1 hr plus set-up
Imagestream: Initial consultation and analysis at no charge.
