Schedule and equipment:

New presentation schedules are generated approximately every six months. The conference room is equipped with videoconference capabilities. All you need is a flash drive with your presentation in PowerPoint or you can download your presentation from your email. If you cannot present on your assigned date make arrangements to switch with someone and inform the coordinator.
